Megan Hendrickson

M.S., BCBA, LBA

Megan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 13 years of experience in the field of autism and ABA. Megan holds a Master’s degree in Special Education with specializations in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorders from University of North Dakota. Megan has worked across a diverse range of environments including schools, homes, and clinical settings. Megan has worked with a wide range of ages of children, and has extensive experience in early intervention and working with young children. Megan is passionate about teaching pivotal life skills through play, while prioritizing self-advocacy, self-acceptance, and skills meaningful to each individual. When she’s not busy being a BCBA, Megan enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, cooking, and art.

   Jenna Wiersma   

M.A., BCBA, LBA

Jenna is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 13 years of experience in the field of special education and autism. Jenna holds a Master’s degree in Special Education with specializations in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorders from Michigan State University. Jenna has worked as a special education teacher in addition to being a BCBA in a variety of environments including home, school, and clinical settings and has worked with a wide range of ages of children. As a neurodivergent individual herself, Jenna passionately believes in neuro-affirming practices and empowering those she works with to overcome the challenges they face and learn how to utilize their strengths. When she’s not busy being a BCBA, Jenna is passionate about being outdoors, snow sports and endurance sports, and enjoys trail running, biking of all types, triathlons, snowboarding and backcountry split-boarding.
