Jenna is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Certified Road Runners of America Coach and USA Triathlon Coach with a lifetime of experience in multi-sport training as a competitive athlete. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and a former NCAA Division-I athlete, Jenna knows the hard work it takes to be successful. Jenna has competed in dozens of endurance races, including road and trail marathons, ultramarathons, endurance bike races, and long-distance triathlons with top age-group finishes over her lifetime and believes in multi-sport as a way of life.
As a coach, Jenna’s mission is to help each athlete find joy, positivity, and fulfillment in their journey through individualized training by utilizing her skills as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, vast experience in endurance sports, and positive energy to create an individualized plan and help shape each athlete towards success.

As a BCBA, Jenna believes in the power of behavior analysis by utilizing shaping, individualized plans with data analysis, and modifications as needed based on the data during training. Each athlete receives a personalized training plan tailored to their unique needs, with adjustments made as they progress and respond to training.
